By accessing and using the Course Enrollment System ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

The Course Enrollment System provides a platform for:

• User registration and authentication via SOI Asia IdP/OIDC
• Managing course enrollments for educational programs
• Tracking enrollment status and progress
• Connecting users with learning platforms (FutureLearn, Google Classroom)
• Managing user profiles and academic information

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
• You agree to provide accurate academic and contact information
• You agree to keep your profile information up to date
• You must not share your account with others

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

4. Course Enrollment

4.1 Enrollment Process

• Course enrollment is subject to availability and eligibility requirements

4.2 Enrollment Status

Your enrollment may have one of the following statuses:

• Withdrawn: Voluntarily withdrawn from the course
• Rejected: Enrollment request was declined

4.3 Withdrawal

• Withdrawal does not guarantee refunds or course credits

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by the Course Enrollment System and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of the personal information you provide. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your information to provide our services
• Generate anonymized analytics and reports
• Share information with educational partners as necessary for course delivery

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Some courses may use third-party platforms such as:

• FutureLearn: For online course delivery
• Google Classroom: For course materials and assignments

Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service "As Is"

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or technical failures
